**About Us**:
**Position Overview**:
As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire culinary operation. Your role will include menu development, ensuring food quality and consistency, managing kitchen staff, and fostering a culture of creativity and continuous learning.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Menu Development**:

- Create and design a diverse and appealing menu reflecting various cuisines.
- Introduce new and innovative dishes to enhance the restaurant's culinary offerings.

**Culinary Leadership**:

- Lead and inspire the kitchen team to maintain high culinary standards.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills of kitchen staff.

**Quality Control**:

- Ensure consistency and excellence in food quality across all dishes.
- Implement quality control measures to uphold the restaurant's reputation.

**Innovation**:

- Stay updated on culinary trends and techniques.
- Innovate and experiment with new dishes to keep the menu fresh and exciting.

**Staff Training**:

- Learn new dishes and techniques and then teach and train kitchen staff.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and skill development.

**Supplier Relations**:

- Collaborate with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients.
- Negotiate favorable terms and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.

**Kitchen Operations**:

- Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, including food preparation and cooking.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a fine dining or upscale restaurant.
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification.
- Extensive knowledge of various cuisines and culinary techniques.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to innovate and create unique, high-quality dishes.
- Commitment to continuous learning and staff development.

**Salary**: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
