Job Title: Interior Sales Representative

**Job Description**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Interior Sales Representative to join our team. As an Interior Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our interior products and services to prospective clients. You will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and building long-term relationships with customers in the interior design industry.

**Responsibilities**:
Identify and target potential clients in the interior design industry, including architects, interior designers, contractors, and homeowners.

Actively prospect and generate leads through various channels, such as cold calling, networking events, referrals, and online platforms.

Understand customer needs and provide consultative sales support by recommending suitable interior products and solutions to meet their requirements.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to effectively communicate the pricing, terms, and conditions of our products and services.

Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns or inquiries.

Collaborate with the internal team, including designers, project managers, and installation technicians, to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.

Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings to effectively position our products and differentiate ourselves in the market.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, including client interactions, sales activities, and forecasts, using CRM software.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the interior design, furniture, or related industry.

Strong knowledge and passion for interior design concepts, trends, and products.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build relationships with diverse clients.

Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Self-motivated and proactive in identifying sales opportunities and pursuing leads.

Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate product features and value propositions effectively.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage customer relationships and sales pipelines.

Flexibility to travel to client sites and industry events as required.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
