**Position - Sales Representative**

At Iron Asylum, we are looking for a master Sales Representative with great communication skills to join our team. The Sales Rep’s responsibilities will include generating leads, making sales calls, continuously updating our database, and meeting sales targets.

To be successful as a Sales Representative you should be an inspired self-starter and able to drive sales growth. Ultimately, a top-notch Sales Representative should be able to build rapport with customers and close sales.

**Position open: 1.South Zone - Preferably Karnataka, Bangalore**

**2.West Zone - Preferably Maharashtra, Mumbai or Pune**

**3.North Zone -Preferably, Delhi**

**4. East Zone
- Preferably Kolkata**

**What will you do as a Sales Representative?**

As the Sales Representative you will be taking care of our B2B sales and you will be the point of contact and this will include field job primarily where you will be required to build relationships with our distributors.

A day in the life of a Sales Representative would typically include:

- Researching prospects and generating leads.
- Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
- Building and maintaining a database.
- Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Participating in sales team meetings.
- Connecting with different distributors and collecting of orders

**Your day to day responsibilities will include.**
- Assist in generation of sales
- Assist in collection of data
- Build relationship with our B2B clients
- Handle B2B queries
- Cold calling and Closing sales targets

**Skills that are must to have are**.
- Bachelor’s degree
- 6 months - 1 year of prior experience in handling direct sales (internship experience is considered)
- Analytical bent of mind with strong negotiation and problem solving skills
- Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent customer service and sales skills.
- Strong verbal and written communicator.
- Excellent phone and presentation skills.

**Minimum Experience Required**: 6 months - 1 years of experience (min**)**

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
