Initiate outbound cold calls within targeted segments.
- The minimum calls to be made on daily basis should be 80.
- Maintain 3 minutes of connected calls out of the targeted daily numbers.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive database of key executives and decision-makers in Zoho Sales CRM
- Handle objections and address concerns to create a positive impression.
- Work closely with Account Based Marketing to transfer qualified leads and opportunities.
- Track and report on key performance metrics, such as call volume, conversion rates, and lead quality and the report should be fetched from Zoho Sales CRM.
- Using Zoho Sales CRM update call status on daily basis.
- Hindi required
