**3. Demo calls and new subscriber welcome**:

- Extend warm welcomes to new subscribers, offering a positive onboarding experience.
- Conduct real-time demos during support calls to help users navigate complex features and functions.
**4. Data Management**:

- Accurately enter subscribers information into the system.
- Maintain data privacy and security.
- Regularly update subscribers records as needed.
- Backup and secure data to prevent data loss.
**5. Script and Communication**:

- Use the approved call script for consistency.
- Be polite, empathetic, and patient with callers.
- Provide clear and accurate information.
- Updation of script based on inputs from Call Centre Executive, Team Lead and others.
**6. Sales and promotion**:

- Promote subscription plans and special offers during interactions with potential and existing
subscribers through Whatsapp API.
- Effectively articulate the value proposition of our services to encourage subscription upgrades.

**7. Documentation and records**:

- Maintain thorough records of all Call Center activities, including call logs, customer interactions,
evaluations, and training records.
**8. Feedback collection**:

- Gather feedback from customers to improve products and services.
- Report recurring issues and suggestions to higher management.

**Salary**: ₹11,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
