As a Front Office/Desk Executive will be the first point of contact for the Patients / Guests and you will provide administrative support across the organization. You will handle the flow of people through the business and ensure that all receptionist responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.

**Duties and Responsibilities**- Serve Guest/Patients/Visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
- Assisting the Guest Relation dept. in patient registration indemnity forms/consent forms, billing etc..
- Helping the guest relation/clinical customer relation in providing necessary inputs collected from guest for damage control/improving guest experience and overall operations of the centre
- Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
- Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers.
- Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges).
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing etc.
- Dispatching Lab reports, MRI / CT reports.
- Maintaining / Updating appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments.

**Salary**: ₹10,500.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
