Inside Sales Expert

**Nature of Job**:Online Selling SaaS Software/ Business development.

**Work Location -** Mumbai, (Temp.WFH)

**Min 1-2yrs Selling various IT Software to the B2B, B2C, C2B and Direct Parties.Result-driven with experience of extremely target centric jobs**

**Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections selling in the geographies like India, U.S, Middle East and few European boundaries**

**As a dynamic SAAS Sales Representative, you’ll play a crucial role in taking the leadership role to driving the growth of our company products. Let’s break down the responsibilities outlined below**:
**1. Lead Generation**:
**o **Your mission is to identify and research potential clients within the B2B, B2C, C2B and Direct Parties.

**2. Consultative Selling**:
**o **Drive sales by Dive deep into the unique needs and pain points of prospective clients.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and present customized solutions that directly address their specific challenges.

**3. Product Expertise**:
**o **Become an expert on selling our products, by demo Walkthrough our products to on boarded new customers and provide Solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and effectively communicate the platform’s value proposition and competitive advantages to potential clients.

**4. Relationship Building**:
**o** Establish and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within client organizations.
- Position yourself as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.

**5. Product Demonstrations**:
**o **Showcase the capabilities and benefits of through engaging product demonstrations and presentations.
- Address questions and objections to facilitate informed decision-making.

**6. Negotiation and Closure**:
**o **Collaborate with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
- Skillfully negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service-level agreements to ensure successful deal closures.

**7. Post-Sales Support**:
**o** Work closely with customer success and implementation teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to on boarding.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities.

**8. Sales Reporting**:
**o **Keep meticulous records of sales activities, including leads, opportunities, and closed deals, using Google Sheets and Advanced Excel.
- Provide regular reports and updates to sales management.

**Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor’s degree in business, BBA, sales & digital marketing or a related field (preferred).
**- **Proven track record of success in selling software sales in IT sector.
- Strong selling skills of Software and resolve challenges.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to forge and nurture client relationships.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mind-set.
- Proficiency in using MS Office and sales tools & generate various reports

**Compensation**:

- Competitive base salary**:

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year
