- 1+ years of experience in sales (services, products, SaaS, Ads etc.)
- Demonstrated customer centric work
- Basics of MS excel to aid in making reports, tracking progress, building summaries and business plans for clients
- Should have worked in sales requiring client meetings, field visits and lead generation. Experience in selling Ads would be a plus. Proven ability to successfully thrive in an ambiguous environment and changing market conditions.
- Simplifies but at the same time things big, takes smart risks, is innovative and can think out of the box.
- Develops original ideas, approaches, and solutions to typical, unusual, or difficult situations or problems.
- Consistent effort, commitment, and willingness to go above and beyond when needed.
- Strong team player, acts like an owner, and ultimately focused on delivering results with high standards.

Key job responsibilities
1.Understand Amazon's products & be able to articulate and pitch the same to Brands & Distributors
2.Help identify a lead pool of sellers that meet the basic criteria of onboarding basis business priorities 3. Work across key internal stakeholders to set priorities and develop account targets that underpin category strategy and knowledge of the local market.
4. Identify specific prospects/partners to approach, communicate the targeted value proposition for their business and use case, and establish long-term, successful partnerships.
5. Work closely with senior executives to successfully negotiate deals, joint business plans, sale event plans etc.
6. Review and monitor performance and sales of key sellers to manage their performance.

A day in the life
**1. Lead Generation backward to priorities set for you. Eg**: Brands, Manufacturers, Distributors
2. Your customer is the seller you onboard on Amazon.in by selling services
3. Work on seller success levers to ensure their retention, increase gross sales month on month
4. Work in a team of 8-10 sales associates, along with frequent interactions with internal stakeholders to unblock self
5. Client meetings to upsell and make business plans
Field visits for lead generation and market understanding
6. Input driven mode in every day work to ensure quality outputs
