**Job Overview**:
As a customer relation executive, you will be responsible for promoting our saree collections, building relationships with potential customers, and driving sales through outbound calls. This role requires a persuasive communicator with a passion for fashion and the ability to convey the unique offerings of our boutique. Good opportunity for females who wants to work from home.

**Responsibilities**:
Outbound Calling:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce them to our saree collections and promotions.
- Effectively communicate the unique features and benefits of our sarees.Lead Generation:

- Identify and qualify potential leads through telemarketing efforts.
- Maintain a database of leads and update customer information accurately.

Sales Promotion:

- Promote ongoing sales, discounts, and exclusive offers to encourage customer engagement and purchases.
- Provide information on upcoming events and promotions.

Customer Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-up.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.

Reporting:

- Provide regular reports on call outcomes, lead generation, and sales conversion.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:
High school diploma or equivalent.

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in telemarketing or sales roles.
- Familiarity with fashion or retail industries is a plus.Skills:

- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Persuasive and results
- oriented with a passion for sales.

**-Ability to work independently and meet targets.**

**Technology Proficiency**:

- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills.

**Salary**: 3L
