**Job description**
**COMPANY AND BACKGROUND**
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Specific administrative tasks will include greeting Clients
- Handling calls
- Taking enquires over phone, arranging interpreting and translation works based on clients requirements.
- Maintain Spread sheet with daily based work flow.
- Maintaining one to one relation with our clients.
- Sending quotes, creating new orders and full fulling orders
- Assigning translators for translation and interpreting works.
- Provide best quality of work and customer support.
**CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE / SKILLS**
- MUST BE Fluent in English both speaking and writing.
- Educated to any degree level
- Previous administration experience
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and priorities the workload
- Attention to detail
- Strong customer service focus
- Ability to deal courteously and efficiently with a wide range of people
**Desired Skills**:
- Previous experience in language translation industry.
- Proven record of best customer support
- Experience in dealing with UK/US Clients
Location : Remote
