The philosophy of the business model is shaped around the sentiment of decluttering, recycling, socializing and saving money in a fun and reliable way. Members can market and sell pre-owned or new products to potential buyers who might need them, in an effortless manner. Today, FreeUp services an expanding base of over 26,000+ PIN codes across India, and aims to be the go-to destination for peer-to-peer commerce that is backed by trust.

You will be a part of a team that is building and owning systems that would have critical business impact from day one. All this under the leadership, guidance and collaboration with founders who bring together a diverse set of experience from the consulting, e-commerce, and quick commerce space.
**Responsibilities**:
- Build a sustainable relationship of trust and respect with customers by maintaining a positive and empathetic behaviour at all times.
- Act as the Voice of the Customer across the organization to identify product improvements.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams and take ownership of issues and have the determination to follow through.
- Work with the management to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed about any changes in the company policies.
- Understand and meet your KPI’s and customer service metrics while providing excellent consistent customer service.
- Work as a results-driven team member with strong attention to customer experience and commitment to quality customer service.
- Have good Interpersonal skills to be able to communicate internally or externally and at all levels and should be a team player.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any stream.
- Good command of English & Hindi (both oral and written).
- Good to have experience in working with customer success.
- Rotational shift, no fixed Saturday & Sunday off
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
