**Job Title**: Customer Care Executive

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate and comprehensive information regarding products, services, and policies.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels for resolution.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to address customer concerns and find solutions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure that their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with customers, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
- Stay informed about company products, services, and policies.
- Provide accurate information to customers about product features and functionalities.
- Continuously update knowledge base to stay current with product updates and changes.
- Adhere to established customer service guidelines and standards..
- Provide constructive feedback for process improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills. (Must)
- Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using customer service software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
