We are seeking a passionate Customer Relations Executive to ensure outstanding customer assistance and drive sales through proactive engagement.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide detailed product information, including usage, benefits, and ingredients.
- Address chat queries on social media.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently.
- Make abandoned cart and feedback calls to engage customers.
- Manage customer interactions on Facebook and Instagram.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.

**Requirements**:

- Marketing background/experience preferred.
- Strong communication and empathy skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Google Sheets.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
