Assistant Finance Administrator

Qualification:
Graduation in Finance/ Administration/Accounting/ Economics
(Doesn’t matter if you think you have the skills you need and the experience to back it up)
Skills Required:
- Ability to build positive interactions with customers and suppliers/vendors
- Must be innovative and good at numbers.
- Analysing and critical thinking to any given situation and have the ability to make appropriate decisions for each situation
- Commercial intelligence
**Duties**:
- To ensure the financial rules of the company that employs them are followed
- To improve the financial controls within the organisation
- Updating daily transaction records and assisting with payroll administration; Controls day to day incomes and expenditures
- Providing financial information and deducing the repercussions for business performance and funding needs
- Prepare monthly accounting reconciliations
- To prepare accounts for payments received and purchases made by the organisation
- Preparing financial reports, including projected returns on investment and growth rates.
- Managing accounts receivable and payable, as well as expenses.
- Keeping records of invoices and tax payments, as well as reviewing and processing reimbursements.
- Identifying financial liabilities and performing risk analysis on liquidity and cash flow.
- Recognising connection between firm’s fiscal behaviour and open market demands.
