- Assist in managing daily operations and the overall functioning of the school.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events for faculty, staff, and administration.
- Maintain school records, including student data, staff files, and financial documents.
- Prepare and proofread documents, reports, and correspondence for the administration.
- **Communication and Liaison**:
- Serve as the first point of contact for parents, students, and staff for general inquiries.
- Facilitate communication between the administration and various stakeholders, including parents, teachers, and the community.
- Draft and distribute announcements and newsletters.
- **Student Enrollment & Attendance**:
- Assist in the registration and enrollment process for new students.
- Maintain student attendance records and follow up on absences as necessary.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with attendance policies.
- **Event Coordination**:
- Assist in organizing school events, such as parent-teacher conferences, open houses, and extracurricular activities.
- Coordinate logistics for school events, including arranging venues, catering, and supplies.
- **Financial Administration**:
- Assist with budget tracking and processing of purchase orders, invoices, and reimbursements.
- Maintain inventory of school supplies and materials.
- Manage petty cash and assist in preparing financial reports.
- **Staff Support**:
- Assist in the recruitment and hiring process for faculty and staff.
- Schedule professional development sessions and staff meetings.
- Support the orientation and onboarding of new staff members.
- **Compliance and Record-Keeping**:
- Ensure compliance with school policies, local education regulations, and legal requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive student, staff, and school information.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: A Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 7 years of experience in school administration, office management, or a related role.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
