Office Administrator

Sales Coordination:
- Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, contracts, and presentations.
- Track and manage sales orders, ensuring timely processing and follow-up with clients.
- Coordinate logistics for product deliveries and installations, liaising with vendors and clients.
- Maintain sales records, client databases, and generate regular sales reports.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team, including coordinating travel arrangements.
- Follow up with customers post-sales for feedback, service-related inquiries, or additional product needs.
Office Administration:
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, vendors, and internal staff, managing front desk operations.
- Ensure that office equipment is well-maintained, and coordinate repairs when necessary.
- Manage office supplies and inventory, placing orders as needed to maintain stock levels.
- Organize and file physical and electronic documents related to the office and sales operations.
- Managing documentation for preparation of tenders - for Govt and semi govt sectors
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: 5 - 6 years of experience in office administration, tenders, sales support, or a similar role.
- Familiarity with sales processes, order management, and customer service.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Weekend availability
