**About Us**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage office supplies and inventory for both travel and retail operations, ensuring availability and timely reordering.
- Coordinate office maintenance and repairs, liaising with vendors and service providers.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, conferences, and appointments related to travel and retail.
- Prepare and manage documentation, reports, and presentations for both travel and retail operations.
- Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping.
- Support HR functions including onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
- Organize company events and team-building activities as needed.
- Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related fields preferred.
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator, or similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience or interest in the travel and retail industry is a plus.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Supplemental Pay:
