**Role & Responsibility**:
The list of role and responsibilities of the Outbound Sales Executives are as follows (please note this is general indication of expectations, and not an exhaustive list of duties):
Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective customers to generate leads and qualify prospects.

Identify and understand customer needs and requirements to effectively position our products.

Educate prospects on the features, benefits, and value proposition of our product.

Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities.

Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and execute outbound sales campaigns.

Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Keep accurate records of interactions with prospects and update the system accordingly.

Continuously refine and improve outbound sales techniques based on feedback and performance metrics.

Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape.

**Required Skills**:
Minimum 2+ years of experience in outbound sales, preferably in technology, software, or SaaS industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to effectively articulate product features and benefits to potential customers.

Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and resilience.

Experience working with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) is preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.

Possess high energy and driven to be achieve results.

This is a Work from office position, based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
