Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outbound IT Sales
prospecting, generating leads, and selling our IT solutions and services to businesses across
various industries. This role requires exceptional communication, problem-solving skills, and a
deep understanding of IT products and services to effectively present solutions that meet clients'
needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation:
outreach strategies.
- Research and build prospect lists using various tools, databases, and industry
knowledge.
- Qualify leads and set up meetings or calls for the sales team or independently
close deals.
- Sales Presentation & Demonstration:
- Present and demonstrate IT products, software, hardware, and services to
prospective clients.
- Customize sales presentations to address the specific needs and pain points of
each client.
- Educate prospects about the benefits and advantages of the company's IT
solutions.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions with prospects and clients in the
CRM system.
- Follow up consistently to ensure customer satisfaction, drive repeat business, and
expand opportunities.
- Achieve Sales Targets:
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Drive revenue growth by selling IT products and services to a diverse client base.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create tailored sales strategies and campaigns.
- Market Research and Feedback:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor
offerings.
- Provide feedback to the product development and marketing teams based on
customer insights and market demand.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews for
management.

- Document all communications, negotiations, and agreements in CRM and other
tracking systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field
(preferred).
- Proven experience in outbound sales, preferably within the IT industry (minimum 4-5
years).
- Strong understanding of IT solutions, products, and services (e.g., software, hardware,
cloud solutions, networking, cybersecurity).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of outbound calls and leads.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Goal-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience in selling complex IT solutions and services.
- Knowledge of B2B sales strategies and techniques.
- Familiarity with lead generation tools and sales automation platforms.
- Experience working in a high-pressure, fast-paced sales environment.
Working Conditions:
- Full-time position with standard working hours (remote or office-based).
- Occasional travel may be required for client meetings and presentations.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
