Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with 2 to 3 years of experience in software services sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth for our software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, research, and target potential clients for software services.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to generate leads and acquire new customers.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify industry trends and business opportunities.
  • Engage with prospects via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other networking channels.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Work closely with the technical and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of business development activities using CRM tools.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in software services.
  • Strong understanding of IT/software solutions, cloud computing, SaaS, or custom software development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in B2B sales and international markets.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies for lead generation.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development processes.
