**Job description**

Remitbee is online money transfer and currency exchange platform. Customers can send money to over 90 countries from Canada using web and mobile devices. We are just at the beginning of our growth and have ambitious plans to bring our service to all the countries on Earth.

**About the role**:
At Remitbee, we value customer care and satisfaction greatly. We are therefore looking for outgoing and enthusiastic individuals for our customer service representative roles. As a bilingual customer service representative, you will be responsible for managing and directing inbound/outbound communication with in-person customer service interaction, with a specific emphasis on the Tamil language.

**Location: **Chennai

**Work Time**:40 hrs. a week

**Additional description**:

- Answer inquiries through the intended method of communication graciously and in a customer-oriented manner
- Guide and instruct customers when they are navigating Remitbee platforms
- Efficiently and effectively follow up with customers, companies and other leads to maintain relationships
- Exhibit exceptional negotiation and conflict resolution skills when communicating with irritated customers
- Maintain detailed and organized documentation of communicated inquiries and conversations

**Applicant Requirements**
- Must be able to communicate in Tamil with at least professional work proficiency (fluent)
- Must hold a High School Diploma
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Able to effectively manage time and keep organized
- Advanced critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in required programs and softwares

**Salary**: ₹350,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
