As an Enterprise Sales at our B2B SaaS-based startup in the fashion retail industry, your primary responsibility will be to drive revenue growth by selling our software solutions to top-level executives (CXOs) of fashion retail companies. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and closing deals to achieve sales targets. This is a key role that requires strong sales skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to effectively communicate the value proposition of our software solutions.
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- Business Development: Identify and target potential clients within the fashion retail industry, focusing on CXOs such as Chief Executive Officers, Chief Operating Officers, and Chief Marketing Officers. Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, industry events, and referrals.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets. Identify key market segments, competitive landscape, and customer needs to position our software solutions effectively. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and campaigns.
- Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with CXOs and key decision-makers in fashion retail companies. Understand their business objectives, challenges, and pain points. Conduct consultative selling by demonstrating how our software solutions can address their specific needs and provide value.
- Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Deliver persuasive sales presentations and software demonstrations to CXOs and other stakeholders. Clearly articulate the features, benefits, and ROI of our solutions. Tailor presentations to the unique requirements of each prospect and address any objections or concerns.
- Negotiation and Closing: Lead contract negotiations and pricing discussions. Collaborate with the legal and finance teams to ensure compliance with company policies and contractual agreements. Close deals and achieve sales targets within the defined timelines.
- Sales Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze sales data, pipeline metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Provide regular reports to the sales leadership team, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improvement. Utilize CRM software to manage leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the product development, customer success, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Share customer feedback, market trends, and competitive intelligence to contribute to product roadmap discussions and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- **Qualifications and Skills**:_
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven track record of success in B2B software sales, preferably in the SaaS industry.
- Experience selling to CXOs and top-level executives in the fashion retail sector is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of the fashion retail industry, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and insights for decision-making.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Selling SaaS products in International markets
