Enterprise Sales Manager

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to join our team and drive our growth by securing and managing large enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the enterprise segment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in large organizations, especially HR departments and CXOs.
- Conduct detailed needs assessments and present customized solutions to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with a focus on long-term client retention.
- Track and report on sales metrics and KPIs to the senior management team.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably selling to HR departments or CXOs.
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with large corporate clients.
- Familiarity with the employee engagement or corporate events industry.
- MBA or other relevant advanced degree.
