For more than ten years, Internshala has been the go-to platform for more than 300,000 startups and small to medium-sized businesses to recruit young talent.
Now, our goal is to expand our services to large corporate clients (with a team size of over 1000 employees) and support them with their recruitment and engagement requirements for young talent.
We are in a strong position to succeed, with access to half of the 45 million candidates currently in college or recent graduates.
About the Position:
- We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our Enterprise Sales Team.
- Your responsibilities will include:
- Engaging actively with C-level/CXO-level executives from organizations with over 1000 employees.
- Effectively presenting Internshala Enterprise's recruitment and talent engagement solutions.
- Building and managing relationships with prospects, ensuring regular follow-ups.
- Developing and implementing efficient sales strategies to boost sales volume.

- Has outstanding oral and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Is self-assured and can work effectively in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple tasks.
- Is analytically strong with remarkable problemsolving skills.
- Can work both independently and collaboratively with the team.
Location: Gurgaon, Iris Tech Park, Sector 48 (This is a full-time on-site role)
