Head Enterprise Sales


Location: Noida / Delhi NCR


The Director Head Enterprise Sales will be accountable for:

  • Leading the Team of Enterprise Sales

Identifying new business opportunities and cultivating your pipeline for accounts with top companies across diverse industries.

  • Engaging with CxOs and other senior executives in finance, procurement, sales, and IT departments to build strong relationships, understand prospect needs, and influence decision-making at all levels.
  • Developing a deep understanding of the FinAGG solution.
  • Transforming client feedback into actionable strategies to drive new business and mitigate competitive risks.
  • Advocating for clients' needs and influencing client decisions to negotiate mutually beneficial solutions.
  • Collaborating closely with teams like Product Development, Account Management, and Credit for seamless implementation and ongoing account growth.
  • Building trust and fostering open communication by collaborating effectively across teams.
  • Leveraging channel partners and subject matter experts to pursue sales opportunities.
  • Traveling to client meetings across India as necessary.

Professional Experience and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in front-line consulting/sales roles involving CxOs of prominent Indian and global companies.

It is crucial that the Director Enterprise Sales embodies professionalism, energy, and motivation, showing the highest levels of integrity and honesty.

  • Strong sales skills with a focus on overcoming obstacles and driving a complex sales process forward.
  • Negotiating large strategic sales from prospecting to ongoing relationship management is essential.
  • Intellectual agility, entrepreneurial mindset, drive, initiative, energy, and urgency in acquiring and serving clients.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Understanding of financial concepts, corporate finance metrics, and working capital management.
  • Quick learner with the flexibility to adapt to changing business and customer needs.
  • Excellent executive presence and presentation skills to communicate value propositions effectively.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented work style.
  • Strong customer relationships based on delivering immediate value.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Technology/Management required.
  • Postgraduate degree in Technology/Management or relevant professional qualification preferred.
