Enterprise Sales Specialist

We provide corporates with an integrated software cum payment platform for employee expenses, benefits, rewards, vendor payments, and channel incentives.

Our platform is versatile, offering various payment tools like corporate credit cards, purchase cards, virtual cards, prepaid cards, wearables, in collaboration with top banks such as Kotak Mahindra Bank, ICICI Bank, Yes Bank, SBI Cards, IndusInd Bank, and others.

Catering to a diverse range of industries including BFSI, Technology, Healthcare, Manufacturing, FMCG, Infrastructure, and Automobile, our platform solutions are adaptable across sectors.

Counting TATA Steel, Persistent Systems, Toshiba, Inox, Pitney Bowes, Wockhardt, PCBL (RP – Sanjiv Goenka Group), and Greenply Industries among our esteemed clients.

Collaborating with Distributors, Fleet Owners, and Franchise Car Dealers (FCD) to promote EMS, Petty Cash, and Fleet Management solutions.

  • Adopting a Strategic Sales Approach and Solutioning Mindset
  • Driving disciplined Account Planning and Management
  • Building profitable business through Benefit Selling skills
  • Developing expertise in Sales and Annual Business Planning processes
  • Understanding market conditions, competitors' activities, and emerging trends
  • Establishing robust business relationships within key accounts
  • Knowledge of Zaggle Pricing policies and OPEX management
  • Effective coaching and communication techniques for managing sales force

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and/or MBA

Reporting Matrix:

  • Head - Account Management (Insurance & Auto Industry)

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of Enterprise Sales experience (preferably in B2B sector)
  • Excellent problem-solving and solution-oriented skills
  • Ability to capitalize on opportunities and provide tailored solutions
  • Effective communication skills in English and local language
  • Strong commercial understanding and financial acumen
