Enterprise Sales Specialist

Role & Responsibilities:

The job role entails conducting market research, generating leads, and actively engaging with C-level / CXO-level executives to effectively present Internshala Enterprise's recruitment and talent engagement solutions.

Connect and engage with at least 20-25 prospects on a daily basis.

Build and manage relationships, and regular follow-up with the prospect.

Actively track accounts using a Sales CRM platform, manage the process, and update weekly tracking of all qualified prospects.

Conceptualize & implement effective sales strategies to drive sales volume.

Schedule web demos, and sales appointments for all Sales Managers and help them in the sales qualification of leads.

Ideal Candidatedemonstrates sales aptitude and is assertive, persistent, good listener, and self-motivated.

Has excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Is self-confident with the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, and manage multiple tasks.

Is able to work independently as well as with the team.
