**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including inbound marketing leads, prospect lists, discovery, and individual research.
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other sources/platforms to generate, contact, and track leads.
- Manage a robust lead and account pipeline, consistently matching or exceeding monthly targets.
- Regularly interact with the sales team and management to discuss leads and develop strategies to convert them.
- Establish and maintain a well-organized record-keeping system for daily lead contacts.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve lead-hit targets and ultimately expand our customer base.
- Consistently innovate and improve on lead outreach methods and interest generation strategies.
- Compile and present regular performance and progress reports.
- Continually improve knowledge regarding AI and AI based developments.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in lead generation, sales, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead generation.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a persistent drive to achieve hit targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong proficiency in English language.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Lead generation: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)
