Member Support Executive

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Act as the first line of support for solving customer queries
- Make outbound calls to manage customer appointments with the experts
- Refer customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation
- Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions are taken on customer requests
- Keep records of customer interactions, details of enquiries, and complaints, as well as

actions taken

**Eligibility**:

- Excellent communication skills in English
- Multiple Languages Preferred

**Salary**: ₹133,849.11 - ₹324,000.00 per year
