1. Contact existing clients and take regular feedback on the current usage

2. Maintain cordial relationship with clients

3. Reach out to existing clients

4. Identify opportunities to up-sell and cross sell

5. Keep a track on renewals of agreements with existing clients

6. Conduct first round presentation of solution that we offer

7. Maintain an MIS of all clients

8. Reach out to prospective clients that will be assigned periodically.

9. Maintain all activities in CRM

**Profile Requirement**

1. 3-4 years of experience in the field of client relationship and support

2. Having experience of working in IT services and product companies

3. Good communication skills
