- Delivering compelling presentations on our products and services.
- Negotiating and closing deals, while also effectively managing objections.
- Collaborating closely with team members to enhance overall outcomes.
- Collecting feedback from customers/prospects and sharing insights with internal teams.
**Requirements**: To excel in this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
- 7 to 10 years of proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a related position (Experience within HVAC/Refrigeration is advantageous).
- Proficiency in English and MS Office suite.
- A deep understanding of marketing and negotiation techniques.
- Quick learning ability and a genuine passion for sales.
- Self-motivation with a results-driven mindset.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Knowledge of the HVAC/Refrigeration industry is a plus.
**Key KPIs**: Your success in this role will be measured through:
- Meeting and exceeding business targets.
- Achieving growth over the previous year.
- Effective management of receivables and overdue accounts.
- Successful introduction of new products.
- Meeting condensing unit sales goals.
