Job Title - Customer Support Executive
- Outbound Calls

Shift Timings:
- 10:30am - 07:30pm
**Terms**:
- 5 Day Week
- 2 Rotational Week Off
- Training Period - Fixed Saturday & Sunday Off.

- Problem-solving abilities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintaining A Positive, Empathetic, And Professional Attitude Toward Customers at All Times.
- Responding Promptly to Customer Inquiries.
- Acknowledging And Resolving Customer Complaints.
- Knowing Our Products Inside and Out So That You Can Answer Questions Keeping Records of Customer Interactions, Transactions, Comments, And Complaints.
- Communicating And Coordinating with Colleagues as Necessary.
- Good Writing Skills, Can Work on Content If Required
- Help To Do Some Game Related Tests
- Call Back to Top Users
- Other Temporary Tasks
- Ability To Stay Calm When Customers Are Stressed or Upset.
- Comfortable Using Computers.
- Experience Working with Customer Support.
- Contact potential customers to showcase company products or services
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
