The Technical Decarbonization team is responsible for measuring, analyzing, and determining actual fleet performance as well as engaging in implementation of projects for fulfilling TORM’s CO2 emission reduction goals.

In TORM, we have a significant range of energy projects on board our vessels and your primary task will be to provide hardware and software support for Connected Machinery (Digitalization tool).

This position will be reporting to the Head of Operational Performance and working from TORM´s office in Mumbai.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Provide daily operational support to vessels for Connected Machinery software
- Document and record version changes of Connected Machinery software
- Ensure cooperation through cross-functional teamwork and knowledge sharing
- Provide support for Connected Machinery hardware, install and upgrade software packages on IoT PCs for the entire fleet
- Coordinate with external and internal stakeholders for functioning of Connected Machinery software

**To succeed in the job**

- Good hands-on knowledge of communication protocols and associated hardware
- Understand IP addressing, Lan connectivity and Router / Switch.
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
- A team player with excellent cultural understanding and awareness
- Good trouble shooting skills
- Penchant for record keeping and documentation
- Ability to work independently
