Office Assistant

**Job Title: Office Assistant**
**Responsibilities**:*
1. Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
2. Answering and directing phone calls to relevant staff.
3. Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
4. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
5. Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing, and filing.
6. Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies, and verifying receipt of supplies.
7. Keep the reception area tidy and presentable, with all necessary materials.
8. Assist with organizing and maintaining office common areas.
9. Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
10. Other duties as assigned.
**Requirements**:*
1. Proven experience as an office assistant or in a relevant administrative role.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
4. Strong organizational and time management skills.
5. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
6. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
7. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
