**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Administrative Support: Perform general administrative duties including filing, typing, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as needed.
- Document Management: Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents. Maintain and organize physical and electronic files.
- Office Management: Assist with maintaining office equipment, ordering supplies, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
- Customer Service: Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
- Data Entry: Input and update data into computer systems or databases as required.
- Team Support: Provide support to other team members and departments as needed.
**Education & Experience**
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or vocational training in office administration is a plus.
- 1 to 3 years of experience.
