**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Administrative Support**:Perform general administrative duties including filing, typing, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- **Scheduling**:Coordinateand schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as needed.
- **Document Management**:Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents. Maintain and organize physical and electronic files.
- **Office Management**: Assist with maintaining office equipment, ordering supplies, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
- **Customer Service**:Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
- **Data Entry**:Input and update data into computer systems or databases as required.
- **Team Support**:Provide support to other team members and departments as needed.
**Education & Experience**
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or vocational training in office administration is a plus.
- 1 to 3 years of experience.
**Skills**:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
