Service Coordinator

We are a leading company in the packaging industry, committed to delivering high-quality products and services to our clients. We are looking for a skilled Service Coordinator to join our team and manage post-order processes, customer complaints, and inter-departmental coordination.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Time Management & Order Processing**: Efficiently manage time to ensure smooth post-order processing and timely execution of tasks.
- **Customer Complaints Handling**: Resolve customer complaints with a high level of proficiency and follow up for feedback to ensure satisfaction.
- **Service Team Coordination**: Work closely with the service team to ensure seamless operations and coordination for installation and service calls.
- **Inter-Departmental Coordination**: Foster strong collaboration between various departments (Sales, Service, Logistics) for smooth workflow.
- **Machine Installation & Readiness**: Coordinate machine installations by tracking site readiness and handling logistics.
- **Service Calls Management**: Assign service engineers, track visits, and ensure customer needs are addressed promptly.
- **Spares & Logistics Coordination**: Ensure efficient logistics for spares, including documentation and timely delivery.
- **Reporting & Data Management**: Generate and maintain service-related reports, manage software data entry, and ensure data accuracy.
**General Responsibilities**:
- Offer and order process management.
- Handle payment collection and recovery.
- Keep all data up-to-date in the system.
- Coordinate with service engineers for installation and maintenance tasks.
- Generate service call reports and commercial sheets for spares and service charges.
