**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members.
- Maintain and update filing systems, databases, and records.
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions in a timely manner.
- Reconcile financial statements and prepare reports for management review.
- Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 5 years experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Tally Accounting software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in accounting.
