InnerKraft is looking for a skilled **Accounts and Administration Executive** to join our young and enthusiastic team.

**Job Location**: Near Taratala, Kolkata (Work From Office)

**Nature of Employment**: Full-time

**Role Overview**:Become an essential part of our team as an Accounts and Administrative Executive, where you'll manage finances, streamline operations, and maintain smooth office functions. **Responsibilities**:
**Accountant Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining Accounts as per Accounting Standards
- Financial Control & Cash Flow Management
- Operational & Inventory Audits
- Payroll Management
- Statutory Calculation & Returns
- Statutory Assessments & Case Handling
- GST - till Completion
- Income Tax Departmental Case Handling
- Finalization of Accounts
- MIS Reporting
- Assist in budget preparation and expense tracking.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements for audits or regulatory purposes.

**Administrative Responsibilities**:

- Effective relationship management with clients and vendors
- Tracking and managing office inventory
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
- Manage and organize front office operations
- Act as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders. Facilitate communication between team members, departments, customers and suppliers.
- Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed.

**What are we looking for in you**:

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, or related field
- Semi-qualified CA/CS
- 2+ years of experience as an Accounts Executive, Administrative Executive, or a similar position
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office
- Proficiency with CRM software and an aptitude for learning new systems
- Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
