Travel Desk Executive

**JOB RESPONSIBILITES**
**Travel Arrangements**:
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and other travelrelated
- services for employees.
- Ensure travel plans meet the organization’s policies and budget guidelines.
- Coordinate with travel agencies to get the best rates and services.
**Documentation & Compliance**:
- Ensure all travel documentation is complete and complies with the necessary regulations and company policies.
- Maintain records of travel documents and ensure their safekeeping.
**Expense Management**:
- Monitor and manage travel budgets and expenses.
- Prepare travel expense reports and ensure timely submission and reimbursement.
- Negotiate rates with travel vendors to achieve cost savings.
**Support & Communication**:
- Provide 24/7 support to employees during their travel, assisting with changes, cancellations, or emergencies.
- Communicate travel policies and procedures to employees and ensure adherence.
- Address any issues or concerns that arise during travel and provide appropriate solutions.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
