Duties & responsibilities
To respond calls received on helpdesk no.
To raise the ticket in portal for logged/Proactive/Reactive calls
To take follow-up from concern team / stake holder for closure of calls/ tickets.
To take daily / weekly follow-up for calls which are kept on hold & update the tracker.
To share daily, weekly, monthly report for PAN India
To book meeting rooms, training room, cabins, desk allocation etc.
To maintain manual excel sheet for meeting room booking received form portal.
To maintain recreation room booking records.
To maintain projector, screen & mic booking records
Timely revert to all mail communications.
To handle & maintain inward/outward records of IT assets.
Performance objectives
Provide Superior Client Service.
Initiative or Process Improvement in Functional Area
Personal and Professional Development
Standardize Delivery and Reports for Pan India WNS
Key skills
Should have good working knowledge in MS Word, Excel.
Should have good communication skills
Must be good in data management.
