**Job Title : Event Sales Executive**

**Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore.**

**Job Summary**:
**We're seeking a dynamic Event Sales Executive to join our team and play a key role in driving sales for a wide range of events. You'll be responsible for securing new business for corporate events, social gatherings like birthdays, weddings, and anniversaries, and more.**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Generate qualified leads through proactive prospecting techniques, including cold calling, networking, and social media outreach.**:

- **Understand client needs by actively listening and asking insightful questions.**:

- **Craft compelling proposals that showcase the venue's unique offerings and cater to specific client budgets and event goals.**:

- **Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets.**:

- **Manage client relationships by providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle and event planning process.**:

- **Collaborate with internal teams like catering, operations, and marketing to ensure a seamless event experience.**:

- **Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings.**

**Qualifications**:

- **Minimum 1-2 years of experience in event sales is required.**:

- **Bachelor's degree in any field with experience of event sales is required.**:

- **Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.**:

- **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients of diverse backgrounds.**:

- **Strong presentation and negotiation skills.**:

- **Event industry knowledge with a clear understanding of different event types and their specific needs.**:

- **Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (a plus).**:

- **A self-motivated and target-oriented individual with a positive and energetic attitude.**:

- **Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with mínimal supervision.**

**Salary & Benefits**:
