The Presale Executive will be responsible for assisting in presale activities to drive property sales and support the overall success of our real estate projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the development and execution of presale strategies to maximize property sales and meet revenue goals.
- Assist in generating leads and cultivating relationships with potential buyers, brokers, and real estate agents.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create compelling sales materials, presentations, and marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, pricing strategies, and competitive positioning.
- Assist in managing the presale process from lead generation to closing, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to address client inquiries, provide information, and facilitate transactions.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including lead tracking and sales pipeline management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, real estate, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in real estate sales or related field, preferably in presale or off-plan properties.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Shift:

- Day shift

Work Location: In person
