- **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Providing accurate, consistent, and timely responses to employees and managers regarding local HR policies, HR life cycle processes and system questions or issues
- Supporting workforce administration processes, data input into our HRIS and other HR systems, and verification of required documentation on the designated HR employee life cycle activity, such as: enrolling new hires, terminations, transfers, promotions, and alterations in salary, personal data, job titles, supervisors and departments
- Updating personnel files and producing employment letters, and salary notifications, and other employment related documents as needed
- Completing onboarding and offboarding activities including orientation, benefit and payroll systems input and reporting
- Responding to and troubleshooting employee and manager-related workforce transactions and issues
- Helping to support and test HR enhancement projects
- Provide reporting support both internally and externally
- Daily question monitoring. Answering and handling internal HR related issues, as well as redirecting questions to other appropriate HR resources and other stakeholders where appropriate
- Developing HR checklists to improve efficiency
- Contributing to key HR initiatives and projects
- Support the monthly India payroll by auditing the input and output
- Continuous improvement of HR and payroll processes, execution, and technology usage
- HR statutory compliance management

**ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- 2+ of direct HR experience
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources Management, or equivalent relevant experience is preferred
- Experience working in a collaborative performance driven environment meeting KPI's while adhering to team SLA's
- Experience acting as a trusted and confidential resource for management and Director-level leaders
- Confident and assertive, with experience positioning HR as a strategic resource
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
- Good knowledge of India labor law is mandatory
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Action and result oriented with an eye for process improvement
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- A team player who can work in a matrix environment
- Strong integrity and able to self-manage
- Attentive listener and open to change
