**Responsibilities**:

- Human Resource Planning with business.
- Planning and conducting interviews in coordination with business.
- Drive the end-to-end process of Campus Recruitment.
- Ensuring smooth onboarding of talent across levels (Campus, Interns, Laterals, Senior Level).
- Analysing Exit Analysis and monitoring Attrition rate; conducting exit interviews for senior/ critical roles.
- Ensure completion of pre-boarding.

Your background
- A postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Social Work, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
- High level of initiative, structured working methods, and joined-up thinking.
- Sound knowledge of interview methodologies and the Indian labor market.
- A solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills.
- Fluency in English.
