The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be critical in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent to support our company's growth objectives. The successful candidate will execute the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to negotiating offers and onboarding new hires. This position requires a proactive approach to talent acquisition, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and stakeholders.



Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria

  • Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position

  • Sourcing potential candidates through job boards, social media platforms and internal databases.

  • Compile lists of the most suitable candidates by assessing their CVs, portfolios, and references

  • Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders

  • Ensure that staffing needs are being met with a long-term strategy in mind

  • Create and implement end-to-end hiring processes to ensure a positive experience for candidates

  • Form close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear expectations for candidates and interviewers

  • Need to make sure that the recruitment process is conducted efficiently, cost-effectively and in accordance with company policies and standards.

  • Provide analytical and well-informed recruitment insights to the management team.



Requirements

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Master’s degree in human resource management (or related field)

  • 4+ years’ experience in IT recruitment

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office & application tracking system

  • Familiarity with job boards, databases and current hiring trends

  • Experience in developing a recruitment strategy

  • Should have excellent English communication & Interpersonal skills

  • Should have good problem-solving & analytical skills

  • Effective negotiation skills

  • Should be able to work in TAT
