Overview:
**Job Title**: Pre-Sales Consultant

**Location**:Hyderabad

Prolifics, a pioneering technology solutions provider, is seeking a talented and inventive **PreSales Consultant **to join our dynamic team. At Prolifics, we believe in empowering our employees to push the boundaries of innovation, think outside the box, and deliver game-changing solutions to our clients.

In this role, you will:

- Understand pre-sales process and need of quality response to proposal.
- Identifying and developing new business through networking and working with sales/account team.
- Preparing and delivering customer presentations and demonstrations of the solutions.
- Co-ordinate closely with sales, and delivery teams to align solution design with customers business requirements
- Nice to have understanding/knowledge of digital solutions on Cloud platforms
- Articulate the business value of services to prospects regarding how these products can solve their complex Information Technology (IT) related problems.
- Continuously update technical knowledge and learn new products and feature sets.
- Open to travel for client meetings
- Understand the marketplace, what our competition has to offer, and how we compare, track presales performance and carry out win-loss analysis for continuous improvement

To excel in this role, you should have:

- Ambition to make career in sales
- Exposure and understanding of sales life cycle, global delivery models (On-site/Off-shore etc)
- Strong leadership, problem solving, and decision making abilities
- Detail-oriented; demonstrated organizational and communication skills
- Extremely strong industry domain skills in any one of the key sectors - Banking & Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare, Manufacturing/ Logistics
- Should have hands-on experience in writing proposals for IT Services.
- Should have exposure to multi-cultural environment focusing on India/ Asia Pacific region in a sales support or sales enablement role
- Ability to take accountability for driving win rates for the proposals they are working on
- Extremely strong written and verbal communication skills
- At least 1+ years of Experience in presales/proposal development function for deals preferably on cloud technologies and data analytics or Middleware/ BPM solutions.
- Good presentation skills and proficiency in Microsoft power point and excel.
- First Class BE/B. Tech preferably CS, MBA
- Good to Have: Preferably should have a MBA
- Fluent communication, high confidence and articulation skills.
