- Job Description:_
- As a Pre Sales Executive at Aertsen Living, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for qualifying leads, sharing detailed information about our offerings, and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. You will play a pivotal role in building trust, understanding customer requirements, and setting the stage for successful engagements._
- Key Responsibilities:_
- _ Reach out to potential clients via outbound calls to qualify leads provided by the Marketing team._
- _ Share detailed information about Aertsen Living's offerings, processes, unique selling points (USPs), and company lineage to establish confidence and trust with clients._
- _ Gather detailed requirements from clients regarding their home interiors, understanding their needs and preferences._
- _ Document detailed call minutes in the CRM, recording customer requirements and preferences for their home interiors._
- _ Cultivate a superior customer experience in every interaction, fostering positive relationships and promoting brand awareness._
- _ Assign qualified leads to Sales managers based on their availability and expertise._
- _ Efficiently manage a high volume of outbound calls while maintaining professionalism and rapport._

- _ Schedule visits to our Experience Centre following defined procedures, providing clients with immersive experiences._
- _ Conduct reminder calls and manage appointment scheduling to ensure punctuality and efficiency._
- _ Follow up with potential customers in a timely manner to maintain their interest and engagement._
- _ Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback._
- _ Meet individual targets and contribute to the team's overall sales objectives consistently._
- _ Communicate professionally and effectively with both internal and external stakeholders._
**Requirements**:
- _ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field._
- _ Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a pre-sales role._
- _ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills._
- _ Enthusiastic and target-driven with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences._
- _ Ability to work independently as well as part of a team._
- _ A confident and compelling tone of communication, Eloquent English \ Telugu \ Hindi gets you an extra point._
