JobDescription:
Asa Pre Sales Executive at Aertsen Living you will be the first pointof contact for potential clients responsible for qualifying leadssharing detailed information about our offerings and ensuring aseamless experience for our customers. You will play a pivotal rolein building trust understanding customer requirements and settingthe stage for successfulengagements.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Reachout to potential clients via outbound calls to qualify leadsprovided by the Marketingteam.
  • Sharedetailed information about Aertsen Livings offerings processesunique selling points (USPs) and company lineage to establishconfidence and trust withclients.
  • Gatherdetailed requirements from clients regarding their home interiorsunderstanding their needs andpreferences.
  • Documentdetailed call minutes in the CRM recording customer requirementsand preferences for their homeinteriors.
  • Cultivatea superior customer experience in every interaction fosteringpositive relationships and promoting brandawareness.
  • Assignqualified leads to Sales managers based on their availability andexpertise.
  • Efficientlymanage a high volume of outbound calls while maintainingprofessionalism andrapport.

  • Schedulevisits to our Experience Centre following defined proceduresproviding clients with immersiveexperiences.
  • Conductreminder calls and manage appointment scheduling to ensurepunctuality andefficiency.
  • Followup with potential customers in a timely manner to maintain theirinterest andengagement.
  • Maintaindetailed records of customer interactions transactions andfeedback.
  • Meetindividual targets and contribute to the teams overall salesobjectivesconsistently.
  • Communicateprofessionally and effectively with both internal and externalstakeholders.




Requirements
  • Bachelorsdegree in Business Administration Marketing or a relatedfield.
  • Provenexperience in sales or customer service preferably in a presalesrole.
  • Excellentcommunication and interpersonalskills.
  • Enthusiasticand targetdriven with a passion for delivering exceptional customerexperiences.
  • Abilityto work independently as well as part of ateam.
