Job Overview:

We are seeking a visionary leader to join our team as the Head of Sales & Strategy. This role is crucial for driving our pre-sales operations, managing our virtual sales team, and harnessing data analytics to create effective strategies that enhance our market presence and sales volume.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to significantly increase leads and customer acquisition.

Manage and optimize pre-sales operations, including cold calling and social media engagement.

Lead a dynamic team to generate a high volume of sales leads, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in outreach.

Oversee virtual sales efforts, aligning them with overall business strategies and customer needs.

Utilize data analytics to track performance, forecast trends, and make data-driven decisions to enhance sales tactics.

Serve as a visionary leader, inspiring and leading teams with a strategic vision for future growth.

Collaborate with senior management to align sales strategies with overall corporate objectives.

Qualifications:

Post Graduation or Masters with minimum 80% scores in all academics.

Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in the wellness, hospitality, or related industries .

Strong background in strategic planning, pre-sales operations, and team management.

Expertise in using social media and other digital platforms for sales lead generation.

Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics.

Exceptional leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and lead a diverse team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
